Warranty
All of our harnesses are tested for quality of workmanship and function prior to shipping. They were found to be in good working order and within the guidelines requested for your engine’s needs as well as performance.
As such, Electric Wind LLC, takes no great gamble in providing a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase provided you haven’t chopped it into pieces or used it to strangle your cat out of frustration.
Return/Exchange Policy
Electric Wind, LLC will return/exchange any product that has been ordered incorrectly or the product has failed to perform to the specified requests. In order to return/exchange the product from Electric Wind, LLC, the following guidelines must be met.
- All products need to be in the same condition as they were when originally shipped.
- All products that have been changed, modified or tampered with will NOT be accepted for return.
- Any computers that need to be returned for a different calibration, other than what was specified at the time of the order, will be subject to a fee for re-calibration.
- Any computer that has not been purchased from Electric Wind, LLC, will not be accepted as a viable exchange for our product.
Electric Wind, LLC reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee for any product returned or exchanged.
